The Ehecatl process broadens my meditation practice and offers me a wholistic approach to life and living.  With Vision Bear's guidance, I am learning to recognize people as they are, to accept what is, to ask what is needed and to allow life to unfold.  Through the Ehecatl process, my perspective is changing.  I am developing my personal balance, deepening my understanding, and strengthening my communication.
